Pretty basic interview questions that you can find online. Asked questions like why I want the job, what my weaknesses are, what I want to be doing in the future, etc. They hired me on the spot.

They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for this role?
The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
two different interviews. got a response a few days after. quick and easy. asks regular interview questions. questions will differ if you are up to learn different roles, which helps make you look worth something
