Pretty easy, took about 20 minutes. Asked questions about experience and real life scenarios to see how you respond. If it goes well you meet the store director. Got hired on the spot.

They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
