I applied online on the Target website and they emailed me the following day declining my application, they were friendly in the email but no job was given to me

There were questions online, in regards to your age, experience, and education. They were friendly when they declined me but I wish they gave me the opportunity.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
