Fairly easy, just be professional. Give great interview examples. There is also a second interview. It could be the same day or might have to come back. Wear professional clothing.

Question 1
Describe yourself, or what do you do if a guest is unhappy.
Virtual interview with 5 questions, you record and submit. You can pause and redo an individual response up to 3 times. The in-person interview they called me in for repeated the exact same questions.
They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
