It was average. Some questions were stupid but it easy pretty easy to answer. I interviewed online- where you take a video of yourself and have about 1:00 at answer the question

Name a time you failed and what you did to improve
Virtual interview with 5 questions, you record and submit. You can pause and redo an individual response up to 3 times. The in-person interview they called me in for repeated the exact same questions.
They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for this role?
The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
