It was vital and it was about 10 mins. You have 2 chances to redo the video before submitting final video. Target ask scenario questions about working in the department you applied for. They ask you personal questions and what kind of worker you are.

What would you do if we were out of a product a guest asked for ?
Virtual interview with 5 questions, you record and submit. You can pause and redo an individual response up to 3 times. The in-person interview they called me in for repeated the exact same questions.
They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
