Interview
Easy and painless. Online submission first then a casual call on the phone to ask for 2nd round interviews. They called back 5 minutes later and told me I got the job. Never did the 2nd interview.
Virtual interview with 5 questions, you record and submit. You can pause and redo an individual response up to 3 times. The in-person interview they called me in for repeated the exact same questions.
They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.
