It wasnt that complicated just asked simple questions about how you would assist customers in situations such as The interview took place at their Starbucks and didn't take long. I was hired on the spot.

"if you saw a customer buying a birthday cake what would you do/what would you say to start a conversation?"
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure
