Easy, over phone, very basic questions, used video. Could go back and edit answers. Not difficult at all nor very time consuming. I was very pleased with the interview process and would have no problems recommending others to fill out an application for the same job and subsequent interview process.
Virtual interview with 5 questions, you record and submit. You can pause and redo an individual response up to 3 times. The in-person interview they called me in for repeated the exact same questions.
They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.
