Target interview questions

Very easy behavioral questions. Simple things like asking about past experiences, why you would fit, why target. Nothing too bad at all. Was also a hirevue so nothing crazy there. 3 attempts per question.

Common questions: “Tell me about yourself.” “Why Target?” “Tell me about a time you helped a customer.” “Tell me about a time you handled a difficult person.” “Tell me about a time you worked fast under pressure.” “How do you prioritize when you have multiple tasks?” “Are you comfortable standing, lifting, stocking, being on register?”
