Question 1
Are you ok with working early (specifically 4 a.m.) shifts if needed?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Brooklyn Park, MN) in Sep 2025
Interview
Very simple interview process. You will likely do a HireVue style video interview with behavioral/situational questions, than an in person or zoom follow up with a hiring manager. they ask about your experience, and how you handle conflicts or stress, and how you would resolve them.

Tell us about a conflict you had with a coworker and how you resolved it.
The overall process was very quick and painless. There were 2 rounds of interviews. One was with my direct manager and the other was with the store GM. Everyone was friendly and asked mostly EQ type questions.
