Interviews were conducted virtually and recruiter was easy to communicate with. The first interview was a more general personality check type interview, getting to know the role and about my general interest. Then the second interview was about a week later with two others and it was more about the detailed aspects of the job and how my strengths would contribute to the role. I heard back within a few days.

Interview
Good. Starts with an online process where you answer generic questions. Relatively easy and straightforward. Typical questions for retail positions and how you would be a good fit for the position.
Very laid back and conversational. They asked some basic questions about me as a person. Nothing meant to trick or be intentionally challenging. The interview lasted about 20 minutes. Only one round.
