I recently appeared for a Software Engineer interview, and it was a great learning experience overall. The interview was structured in multiple rounds, each designed to assess different aspects of my technical and problem-solving skills. The first round was a technical coding interview, conducted virtually via a collaborative coding platform. I was given two algorithmic problems—one focused on arrays and hash maps, and the other on tree traversal. I had to write efficient code, explain my logic clearly, and handle edge cases. The interviewer was supportive and encouraged me to think out loud.
