It was a good process. Pretty easy I went in as a hostess for a brand new resturaunt and was able to go through the big training. Very easy and very fun.
I filled out an application online and turned it in. Most questions on the application are things you would have on your resume. Then I didn't receive a phone call about an interview until almost a month and a half later.

Super easy it was more personality based no need to see what questions they ask if they like you they will hire you all I remember is that they just asked me about myself and that was it.

Good, they asked really good questions and did a good background check. They also had me meet many managers which all asked really good questions. They asked about my school and previous experience .
