Texas Roadhouse Hostess/Server interview questions

Two step process with several different levels of management, the general manager, the FOH manager and the AGM occasionally. The interview process was simple and questions were appropriate for the position.

I Interviewed w/ Shelby Liska @ she made me feel as if I was already a part of The Roadhouse Crew. ..!! It means alot to have dedicated mgmt. Which makes a new hire want to jump rite into promoting a Product......EXCELLENT STEAKS. /
