One interview to assess skills and previous experience in foodservice. Then if they like you you can move on to a week or two of training and shadowing and then you take a serving test to prove you are ready to handle tables on your own

Very quick and simple. Only took about 5 to 10 minutes. Simple questions like tell me about yourself and behavior questions like how you handle stress and conflict. Environment is very fast paced and you’re limited to 3 table sections.

Short interview, basically just wanted to know who i was and if i was okay with making the 2.50/hour minimum. I had no previous serving experience and that seemed to generally be okay.
