Texas Roadhouse interview questions

I applied online on a Tuesday, and got a call the next day to schedule an interview. I met with the assistant service manager, who was extremely nice and welcoming. I got offered a second interview for the next day with the service manager. I met with the service manager, and then got offered a third interview with the managing partner. During my third interview, I got offered the job as host, and I gladly accepted. My experience with all of the managers I met was amazing; they were all so nice and had great personalities. They were easy to talk to and interact with, which made the interview process for me a lot smoother.

Very easy interview process. Had to meet with the Assistant Service Manager as well as the Service Manager and Local Owner. Everyone was very friendly and was more a conversation rather than interview.
