I applied in-person. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse
Interview
It was a very easy interview, very relaxed. I had to go through two separate interviews but both managers were very nice and seem to care about their employees. Interview was one on one, but the orientation included a couple different people
I applied online. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Fairfield, CA) in Jul 2017
Interview
The first interviewer was very personable and sweet. She asked me to come in the next day to meet with the service manager. This is where everything went south fairly quickly. The service manager was 40 MINUTES LATE because of a road trip and extremely rude. I made it known I was upset with her tardiness. Just to add insult to injury, she rushed through the interview and didn't give me a chance to answer. If she is a reflection of the company, I'm happy I left.
I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (San Marcos, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
Submitted an application online. Called the store the next day around 3 pm and asked to arrange for an interview. Interview Scheduled. Sat down with 2 managers (one was GM) chatted for a few minutes and was asked standard "describe yourself". Got an offer over the phone an hour after the interview.
