Texas Roadhouse interview questions

In-person interview took approximately half an hour. Employer focused mainly on questions regarding job qualifications and opportunities for advancements within the company. Overall very informal, yet welcoming interview process. Hired on the spot directly following.

Short and easy, 2 interviews required, typical tell me about yourself, why would you like to work here, they have a few questions about the brands values and which ones you resonate with most and why. Pretty easy to get hired with any prior experience. 3 table sections max is a downer though
