I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Albuquerque, NM) in Feb 2015
Interview
went through literally 4 interviews with 4 different managers. basically you just have to show them that you are funny and you are easy to work with. shouldn't be that hard if you are outgoing and really want the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Portage, MI) in Jun 2013
Interview
Comfortable and way easy to talk to. Even the staff were coming in during to talk. It's a very relaxed process, and they do give you everything upfront. Just know how much they strive in their testing. It will be a long process before you begin making tips, but you do get compensated with a higher pay rate. Very fair.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Knoxville, TN) in May 2012
Interview
I've been working at Texas Roadhouse part-time for three years. Getting the job was easy. Walked in and asked for a job application, spoke to the manager who then told me to come in the next day for an interview. Interview took five minutes tops and I was hired on the spot. I came in the next day to fill out a bunch of paperwork and do orientation and started work the next day.
