Interview
I was actually excited about this job after the in-person interview. First step one a phone screen, second was a one-way interview which I told them I would not be doing. I was asked to proceed to the in-person interview (they did ask why I didn't do the one-way interview, I gave them my honest opinion that its de-humanizing and useless for my side of the hiring process. I'm looking for a company I can stay long term and interviews are two-way streets). My only complaint is that they did NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE LOOKING FOR! They did not know if they wanted to hire a junior or a senior designer.
HOWEVER they did work a lot with me and my unusual schedule. I was not expecting them to continue the interviewing process after I refused the one-way interview. They did get back to me on the hiring process fairly quickly, which I appreciate.
I was told there were two more interviews and an assignment before a hiring decision would be made. (4 interviews total, excluding the one-way, and a design assignment)

Applied online and within a week or two I got a call back. I came in for an initial interview with the SM. She explained the training structure and explained how orientation worked.
