Easy, very easy and laid back, Just be yourself and know the menu and company mission. Dress business casual and bring a copy of your resume. Ask about sales and don't be afraid to ask to be paid more. They will always start out lower on the 1st offer.

Interview
You will first interview with the service manager who you can actually get a same day interview if coming during the hours they say when you call and enquire about such. If they like you then you'll come back to interview with the general manager. Both interviews you will sit at one of the tables in the restaurant with them while they proceed to all questions. They make it a very easy going interview.
