Easy going and felt comfortable. The questions was easy to answer. The interview process consists of 2 interviews before you are selected for a position. The interview is done by a manager.
It was really easy. Easy to speak to them. I think I was basically hired when I went in for the interview it was just a formality. I just wanted a quick and easy job during the summer so I wasn’t stressed and it was an easy job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Boston, MA)
Interview
I filled out the questionnaire at the company's website and was called for an interview 2 days later. They were friendly and hired me on the spot. The interview is not very hard, but they will ask you about your previous experience, strenghts, weaknesses, if you can work at a fast paced environment and how many tables do you think you can manage. The training lasts five days and you need to complete a tip course that lasts around 2h before validating and start to make money.
