Texas Roadhouse interview questions

Pretty easy process. As long as you know basic people skills and are able to handle taking orders they were ok with hiring you. It seemed that whether or not you get a serving job is based on how many spots they have open not your own qualifications. Many times they would turn people down and offer then a busser job instead

Applied online, was contacted to come in for an in-person interview. Pretty basic questions, why I want to work there and my strengths and weaknesses. Also asked about previous employers and why I left. Emphasized a team environment.
