I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Columbia, MD) in Jun 2019
Interview
Very casual as the interviewer stared at a computer screen for 90 percent of the interview instead of at me. He was quite rude about my availability even though it was open availability for 3 days of the week and 2 other days I had partial, as I have a toddler so I'm working with a babysitter and my husbands schedule. He refused to straight out tell me whether or not I was going to be hired instead sent me a vague bull crap email with the words "I think at this time we do not have a position but if one opens up we may revisit" yea no thank you. Worst interview I have ever had and I have given interviews at other jobs in the past so I'm very aware of how to be professional and to give DIRECT answers.

Question 1
What my previous employer would say I was lacking?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Denham Springs, LA) in Jul 2019
Interview
I would love to work at the location on Juban and interviewed for it! However, not impressed with the organization, (The manager brought a pencil and a notebook to the table and didn't even know that I uploaded a resume for my position). Why accept resumes if you don't look at it? I was question drilled, with no personality, just basic corporate questions. I would love to change this review if given a chance!

You meet with one maybe two of the FOH managers and they ask you questions about yourself, why you would like to do the job, why you want to work at roadhouse, and if you understand some of the requirements.
