the interview process consisted of a very quick meet and greet, this most importantly is for the manager to make sure you look like you can fit the role. to ask questions about your life to see if you can carry on a conversation and continue to show ability to connect with customers.

I met with the manager and he asked me some questions. Then I met with the head manager and he made the final decision. It was very intemidating with the head manager, but I must have made a good impression because they hired me.
