The Cigna Group Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Interview took place online via Webex. Initial one with the recruiter was a video call. The secondary one with the group proper was audio only. Both people were friendly and helpful.

Over the phone interviews with potential supervisor and other hiring team members. They were very nice and seemed genuinely wanting to help with the hiring process. Work through a scenario like role-playing a customer interaction.
