I applied online. I interviewed at The Cigna Group
Interview
They send you an email with questions after you pass the assessment. I was asked for my availability for the final interview but the availability that I gave them passed since a week had passed. When I asked for an update so that I may plan a weekend spent with family around the training I quickly received a rejection letter which makes no sense seeing as my background is in alignment with what they were asking for. I politely asked the recruiter for feedback so that I can make adjustments and I guess she didn't feel as though she had to give advice or that I was deserving of it. Due to being rudely ignored, I decided to make others aware. I guess she felt as though I was rushing her but I wonder if I would've heard anything back at all.

Great interview process! Ask a lot of customer escalation questions and what would you do in those circumstances. Just breathe and relax ..and be yourself! Also ask questions at the end about the role. It shows you really want it!
