The TECDP interview process is very intense, it is a two day event that consists of behavrial interview, group projects, and an interview. The final and most important part of the interview is the case study which is surrounding the foundations of the company, and problem solving. My suggestion is to try to gain a better understanding of third party payors in healthcare, and the process of billing insurance.

Initial screening, then a technical interview, then a day of 3 hours of interviews with other candidates in a group setting. Overall, it was mostly behavioral, with very little technical questions.

It was not difficult, every interviewer said I did well and in the end I did not receive any real feedback about why I did not receive the role. This is what happened.

First round was an interview with HR and a former TECDP associate. Made it to 2nd round, in person superday at the CT headquarters. Technical, behavioral, and group case study.
