I applied through college or university. I interviewed at The Cigna Group in Oct 2025
Average interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Cigna Group in Nov 2022
Interview
overall, it was quick. There were 2 rounds, both behavioral. The first round was simply just to get to know me, know if I fit in, the second round was a superday filled with networking sessions (but treat all of them like interviews), and 1 group interview (we were asked to make a presentation on either defending or attacking a company that was being hacked. We were either the defenders or hackers, and we had to make presentations about what we would do using specific language and tools given to us. It was to see how we would act in a group), and one regular behavioral interview

Question 1
Tell us about a time you had to defend work you did in a high-pressure situation?
Had an initial recruiter screening followed by 2 rounds. First round is behavioral questions about how you went about past projects and experiences working on a team. Final round is a day-long case study with other interviewees.
I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
Recruiter call first to phone screen then group interview. It was a pretty mild process and was not super challenging, there was never really a coding portion but we had to work with a group to walk through a technical issue and figure out how to fix it and what role we would play

Question 1
How would you work with others to figure out this issue
There were two interviews, the second one was all day from 9am to 4pm. It consisted of a case study that you had to solve in a group and another behavioral/situational one on one interview.
