Very easy! Remote interview, hiring stuff emailed , drug test at near lab , only interviewed once, knew with the week of I would be hired. Process was pretty seamless
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at The Cigna Group in Mar 2022
Interview
Was supposed to have one interview with two managers but one could not make it due to a family emergency. I was told the recruiter would reach out to schedule a second interview in two business days but did not hear back. I had to email twice after not hearing anything on the third and fourth business day to schedule the second call. Managers were required to ask standard questions set by Cigna. Conversation was engaging and they were very nice.
