After a couple of phone screenings, a behavioral interview took place asking very basic questions. Spoke with future manager and a couple of other senior level associates. You hear back in a week or two, depending on time of year.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Cigna Group
Interview
Interviewers we’re cold and standoffish. Asked hard and technical questions, as well as personal ones they should not be asking. Very negative experience, not fond of their culture and way of doing things.
Long but Interesting. Asked me about my insurance experience. Very casual conversations but also behavioral questions. It was one 30 minute behavioral interview and then a two hour long interview with five people.
