A great, clear instruction of the work. And usually will be two processes in order to confirm the role. It will be a grammar , comprehensive and writing exam which you have to answer in 30 minutes

Got a call within a few weeks of applying. Got an offer within a week of the second interview. Only two rounds and HR and managers were both very friendly. First round with HR. Second round with manager. Both on the phone (pre covid). Straight forward questions with emphasis on situational questions and past experiences. Walk through resume.
