The interviews themselves were nearly 100% behavioral. Associates currently in the program run the first round of interviews. In the second round there is an HR business partner that interviews you, and then the final round is a Super Day.

First-round was a 30-minute phone screen that consisted of a few behaviorally-based questions. The second round involved a conversation with the HR Director. Following that there would have been a case-study type task.
