applied online through college website - received email about scheduling first phone screen, all behavioral questions, very easy going, comfortable. interviewers were very casual and allowed me time before answering questions if needed, conversation flowed easily. whole process should take about 4 weeks im assuming

4th interview: direct manager and walkaround office to see whether it was a good fit for me & vice versa
