First interview is 30 mins pretty simple questions. Please prepare for the 2nd interview. They don’t ask the typical questions interviewers ask. The person that interviewed you first will send you an email to prepare for the interview. Please utilize that document and everything will be fine.

Question 1
Recall recent situations that show favorable behaviors or actions, especially involving course
work, work experience, leadership, teamwork, initiative, planning, and customer service.
• Prepare short descriptions of each situation; be ready to give details if asked.
• Be sure each story has a beginning, middle, and an end, i.e., be ready to describe the situation,
including the task at hand, your action, and the outcome or result.
• Be sure the outcome or result reflects positively on you (even if the result itself was not
favorable).
• Be honest. Don't embellish or omit any part of the story. The interviewer will find out if your
story is built on a weak foundation.
• Be specific. Don't generalize about several events; give a detailed accounting of one event.
• Vary your examples; don’t take them all from just one area of your life
I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Colorado Springs, CO)
Interview
Applied online and received text from recruiter several days later to set up a time for an an online interview. Interviewed online with the recruiter a week later and he gave me amazing feedback as well as tips for my next interview with a claims supervisor. Interviewed with a claims supervisor a week later and all went very well, I was asked a series of behavioral questions as well as questions about my work history. I received an email the following week telling me they went with someone else for the position. I was actually very surprised as I felt the the interview with the supervisor went really well. Overall it was an awesome learning experience that I feel helped me prepare for other positions and interviews.

Tell me about a time when you made a mistake at work and how did you handle it?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Tennessee City, TN) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process was simple and straightforward which I was pleased with. I have had multiple interviews throughout my life and this interview process was the most easiest and I was very comfortable with my interviewer. She made it seem like we were having a detailed conversation instead of an interview and that made the process amazing.
