Very pleasant experience. Relaxed. There was one phone interview and one face to face interview. Phone interview is pretty standard. The entire process was a good one but the length of the process was a little long.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Hong Kong) in Jan 2017

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Cigna Group in Nov 2016
Interview
The first interview was over the phone around 30 minutes with the department manager. It was just getting to know you type questions and giving you a chance to highlight some things in your cover letter and resume. They also explain the job to you. The second interview was approximately 90 minutes with 5 different people in HR and the Underwriting department. They asked you harder questions about your work experience and a few mental math questions. They just want to see the process in how you formulate your answer.
