Interview
Phone screening, then three rounds of interviews. The first round was an overview of the program with three technical questions, pretty easy. The second round was with two people on the underwriting team and was all behavioral questions, more difficult. I didn't make it to the third round

Recruiter call for initial screening (asked location preference, team preferences, and basic questions like graduation date), followed by a behavioral interview with two interviewers (asked 4 standard behavioral type questions), and a technical interview if you pass the behavioral interview
