I applied online. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (New York, NY)
Interview
Initial interview with HR was pretty standard. Was scheduled for an interview with the hiring managers that was moved multiple times until it was cancelled. Cigna is notorious for hiring candidates they already know. They already had an internal candidate they were going to hire but prefer to waste external candidates time.
The interview process is long and grueling. You have to interview multiple with people via zoom and by the time you arrive to the final stages, you will probably be working somewhere else. Be prepared to wait it out if you really wish to work for Cigna
