Question 1
Explain a situation where you worked collaboratively? How do you manage timelines?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (California City, CA) in Jul 2023
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter including some basic questions followed by one hour interview with two members of the underwriting department. Some technical questions, mostly behavioral. Lead interviewer made it clear that this wasn't a job where you clock-out and be done for the day. After-hours work and weekends are expected on his team. Fairly rapid pace for an interview. Interviewers could not answer "What is the actual title for this position during the training?" Was not offered position or given feedback on performance.
Interview process was ok. You go thru two and then receive an email with offer. General questions are asked. Interviewers were nice and understanding. Nothing more to offer on this topic.
