Went through 2 phone interviews an IQ test then an in person interview where I met with three different groups of people. The in person interview was pretty easy and they made it comfortable. It took them about 2 weeks to get back to me. When they did finally they said that I did not get the job but they liked me and wanted to see if I was willing to relocate if a position opened up. I said I was willing to relocate. However, its been about two months and I haven't heard back. I'm guessing it was just so I wouldn't write a bad review about them on glassdoor. I would say that overall it was a good experience and I thought the interview process was fair and the in person interview was actually quite fun. If the opportunity came about again, I definitely would not mind working for Heineken. However, if you are hurting for money the interview process takes a little to long in my opinion.
