A recruitment agency contacted me to tell me about this position. They gave me a math test at their office which I passed. Afterwards, the recruitment agency arranged the interview with HR Heineken. I had the interview with the one person from Hr and the Team Leader of Otc in Heineken office.

Question 1
I had many questions about collections processes and asked me to give examples of issues which might encounter working for collections and how can I fixed them.
Also, they asked me:
- to describe a susccessful manager
-to give a reason I would give up working for Heineken
-to relate a conflictual situation from my previous job
-to describe my responsabilities frommy previous job

Interview
First step was the interview with the HR agency, after the discussion I had two tests provided by Heineken: Numerical skills test and PTP test. Step 2 was the interview with Heineken via Skype, took around one hour, with a person from HR and the team leader.There were a lot of questions relate to the motivation, previous experience, to give examples of different situations( rude client, stressful situations, improvements done and the impact resulted, team spirit, etc).I waited almost 4 weeks for the feedback although they told me that I will receive it in 3 weeks,in the end they said that they hired from intern.
