Over the phone interview followed by an in-person interview after submitting an online application. Questions were specifically about my impression of the Heineken company as whole and what excites me most. The interview process began with a self-introduction, followed by questions related to the introduction. The details of the job scope were then explained, and I was asked if I would be willing to work overtime on occasion.

It was a simple process; it was a remote interview and though I didn't get selected for the second round, the interviewer was very clear and communicated the position well.
