CV review and 2 phone interviews. I send my CV via the online platform and received a call for the interns head to arrange a quick call to review my profile. After the 1st call i received a 2nd call from the manager responsible to review the job requirements and see how i was a match
Smooth process, did not take long. Interviewers were very relaxed and overall positive experience. I would recommend to briefly look into the ongoing projects the team is working on and ask a lot of questions.
Clear steps, initial interview and presentation. Applied through LinkedIn, had a conversation and presented a PechaKucha. Challenging, but interesting process and very much worth it. I ended up working in the Global Commerce function at the HQ in Amsterdam. Thanks
