iT had 4 Rounds: CV Screening, Online test, Online interview, Assessment Center.
The first three rounds were easy for me, though I still had to prepare a lot. The AC was an one-day-outdoor activity, including debate, presentation, games and so on. It was well organized, had fun and met some challenges but also learned lots. A bit tired because it happened from 8 to 6, so everything was a bit rush. Offer was made after AC round, but I think we need to have a deeper discussion or a re-interview round to discuss of what the employee needs before making an offer.

very nice people that encourage growth and made me feel comfortable during the interview process. The questions were standard interview questions so no worries about these. Other than that very basic interview experience
