They have a series of tests, then phone call, then F2F interview. It is fairly straightforward but you should expect questions about random countries Heineken operates in. However these questions will have to do with your major or experience so you should not have a problem in answering them.

They do focus on what you might already know from internships and such so be prepared for technical questions. |However you can think of those on the spot as well as theyre not that complicated.
