Casual chat followed by questions related to the unit I applied to. The interviewers mainly observed how organized you are as a person, and they also tried to figure out your overall schedule to see if you can take the workload.

Question 1
Typical questions that you can always reference from your study ; behavioral questions ; general questions on logic.
Smooth process, did not take long. Interviewers were very relaxed and overall positive experience. I would recommend to briefly look into the ongoing projects the team is working on and ask a lot of questions.
Clear steps, initial interview and presentation. Applied through LinkedIn, had a conversation and presented a PechaKucha. Challenging, but interesting process and very much worth it. I ended up working in the Global Commerce function at the HQ in Amsterdam. Thanks
I applied online. I interviewed at The HEINEKEN Company in Mar 2023
Interview
Heineken's internship interview process is known for being quick and engaging, typically wrapping up within two to three weeks. Candidates can expect to go through an initial screening with HR, followed by one or two interviews focused on behavioral and competency-based questions with hiring managers. In some cases, the process also includes creative assessments or case study presentations designed to evaluate how candidates think through problems and whether they're a good cultural fit for the company.
