Sbmitted cv and Cover letter with sift then video interview with 3 pre-recorded questions that I had to answer with 30secs prep and in a maximum of 3 minutes each. No human interaction - it was dehumanising and trying too hard to be cool. We were told we could record the video anywhere - even in the pub! Turns out it was pointless as the feedback I got was that I wasn't continuining based on detail given in my cv.
