The process was not as structured I would expect. Multiple interviewers. Not in depth review of experience. Without an assessment nor a consistent CBI guidelines, each interview was different in content and depth. Interviewers were very friendly
De procedure bestond uit twee gespreksrondes met verschillende mensen. Het was gestructureerd en ik werd goed en eerlijk gechallenged op mijn kennis en motivatie. Een mooie ervaring waar ik over te spreken ben!

I applied for an internship in brewing department and it was a face to face interview after I passed the phone interview session. So the duration of the interview itself was about 20 minutes.

The interview was super chill and not as rigorous as expected it included case questions etc, managers and people were welcoming but a bit tense because had to go through 3-4 stages
