The process commenced with a phone call and shortly after I received an assignement. It was an event planning in which I had been given some main topics to cover. The deadline was set in 48-72 hours. Later on there was a final assessment with the team leader and an intern via a video call.

Very thorough application, yet approachable and understanding. I spoke with my interviewer over several phone calls for a duration of several weeks. Each conversation went deeper in getting to know how I would behave and communicate, as this was essential for my role as liaison with the Technical and Communications departments.
